Job Summary
Conduct daily calls with customers to increase revenue, strengthen relationships, and resolve shipment issues including delivery times, load status changes, and driver appointments. Track and trace loads from pick-up to delivery completion, accurately entering data into computerized systems and maintaining precise records of account activity. Escalate high-priority loads or delays to the after-hours team or management as needed, while promoting Warren services to active customers and ensuring proper paperwork submission.

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to demonstrate a proactive commitment to Warren corporate values and the success of all staff
- Must be able to work in-person (remote work is not a reasonable or effective accommodation)
Desired Qualifications
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent
