Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist role focused on supporting internet sales and building a loyal customer following. Entry-level position requiring problem-solving ability, initiative, and strong customer-service orientation. Responsibilities include receiving written and verbal orders from customers or sales associates in stores, performing clerical tasks to support eCommerce operations, and handling simple accounting clerical operations. Work is monitored for quantity and quality with a rotation-based retail schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to work retail rotating schedule: Available 7 days a week (will only work 5 days out of the week)
- Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 7:30 PM availability
- Saturday/Sunday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM availability
- Must have basic knowledge of routine clerical methods and office practices and procedures as they relate to the clerical processing and recording of transactions and accounting information.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little daily supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail, is a must.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
