Job Summary
The RealReal Customer Experience Specialist drives in-store sales and delivers a best-in-class customer experience by educating customers on sustainable luxury fashion, guiding consignors through the consignment process, and maintaining high-quality product standards. Responsibilities include educating customers on the company mission and business structure, engaging customers to drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge, processing consignments with TRR quality standards, managing multiple customer journeys, supporting consignor relations, and assisting with opening/closing and daily store tasks. Preferred candidates have 1+ years retail experience, proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce, and a professional, flexible mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years retail experience in a customer or business-facing position
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive, friendly demeanor representing the TRR brand
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creative problem solving
