Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist responsible for resolving customer issues via phone, email and web chat in an empathetic, professional and timely manner. Requires familiarity with multiple systems (Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce) and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Works as part of a high-performing team, communicates across all levels, identifies opportunities to improve customer and employee experiences, and provides feedback to improve REA products and services. 1+ years in a customer-facing role and strong technical proficiency with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
