Job Summary
Review content against community standards on Facebook and Instagram to ensure a safe digital environment. Assist users via chat and email while investigating reports of harassment or policy violations within the Metaverse. Participate in cross-skilling across different workflows to advance toward Senior Expert roles. This role requires native or C1 level Portuguese and B2/C1 English, with 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Support, or Tech Support. The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, a gross monthly salary of €1,045.72 plus productivity bonuses, and access to counseling and wellness facilities. Required Qualifications
