Job Summary

The Customer Experience Specialist at Mohawk Industries supports the Customer Experience function by coordinating with internal partners to troubleshoot, resolve, and train on matters raised by external customers to promote satisfaction and strengthen business relations. The role focuses on investigating reviews and claims, transforming customer feedback into actionable solutions with the customer experience and product teams, monitoring customer review platforms across Home Center e-tail channels, and assisting with training, reporting, and data analysis to drive efficiency and profitability. Key responsibilities include preparing internal/external communications and reports, researching chargebacks and product discrepancies, assisting with invoicing and accounts receivable, and contributing to special projects. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and Microsoft Office proficiency; a bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Previous customer service experience required
