Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist (Mandarin or Hebrew Speaker) in Cape Town, engaging with external customers and internal stakeholders across multiple channels to validate and submit forms, analyze validation data against criteria, and coordinate validation testing. Responsibilities include reviewing incoming applications, conducting customer research, documenting trends, maintaining databases of validation activities and test results, and communicating product features and customer requirements to management. Requires professional proficiency in Mandarin or Hebrew and English, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently; Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.
