Customer Experience Specialist (Leasing/Customer Service)

Assist residents and prospective renters at Sugarmont Apartments in Salt Lake City as a Customer Experience Specialist; greet customers, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text, show apartments, understand pricing, coordinate tours, plan community events and social media marketing, organize package room, maintain vendor relationships, and contribute toward future management growth.
