Job Summary
Provide multichannel customer support (phone, email, and chat) for a fintech service; assist with refunds and payment cancellations; mediate disputes between customers and webshops; contribute to troubleshooting, innovation, and change management; work to improve team KPIs such as customer satisfaction, response rate, and average handling time; communicate customer feedback to supervisors and brainstorm improvements; map and improve business processes to enhance the customer journey; stay updated on policies and regulations; Dutch native and fluent English required; fintech interest and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset; prior customer service experience and willingness to learn.
