Job Summary

Provide customer service via telephone for routine inquiries and concerns from customers and branches regarding banking products and financial services. You’ll assist customers and branches with technical inquiries about Online Banking, IVR, ITM, and related banking information, retrieve account and transaction details electronically while complying with bank, regulatory, and legal requirements, and work toward timely resolution, escalating to a supervisor as needed. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask across calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering professional, friendly, and helpful service to our customers and communities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • strong telephone, reading comprehension and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
  • knowledge of banking products and systems
