Customer Experience Specialist I

Provide customer service via telephone for routine inquiries and concerns regarding banking products and financial services; assist customers and branches with inquiries by electronically retrieving information while following bank, regulatory, and legal compliance requirements; resolve concerns and/or difficult problems toward resolution with supervision as needed; must have strong telephone, reading comprehension, and communication skills (verbal and written), along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to multitask while managing phone calls, chat sessions, and emails; solid typing skills; demonstrates care for the community and desire to be involved.
