Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist I responsible for prompt handling of all incoming calls, faxes, and queues; educate credit-union and dealer partners on Origence Lending Services systems and programs; work toward one-call resolution while meeting SLAs; process and fund loans and leases across multiple systems, verify documentation and income, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requires excellent communication, ability to manage multiple queues, outbound outreach to borrowers/dealers/credit unions, and a strong customer-service mindset in an in-office, 100% onsite role. Prior call-center experience and familiarity with loan/lease processing are preferred; strong documentation, data-entry accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are needed. Educational requirement is High School diploma or equivalent. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and adherence to policies to achieve funding targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalency required
- One to two years’ experience in a call center environment or within Origence Lending Services Operations (preferred)
- Experience handling urgent or difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Experience in loan and/or lease processing required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, active listening)
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods while on a phone, email, or chat and accessing multiple systems
- Willingness to work in-office 100% of the time
