Customer Experience Specialist I handles in-bound and outbound interactions to resolve partner and member needs across credit unions, dealers, and members, striving for one-call resolution. Responsibilities include answering calls, managing queues, educating dealers and credit unions on systems and program standards, processing and funding loans and leases accurately, reviewing documents for accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining professional written and oral communication. The role emphasizes servicing quality, meeting SLAs, and funding workflows within Origence Lending Services, with in-office work and a focus on delivering responsive, empathetic customer support and collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalency required
  • One to two years’ experience in a call center environment or similar within Origence Lending Services Operations
  • Experience handling urgent or difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Experience in loan and/or lease processing
  • Education knowledge or experience related to financial institutions, regulatory compliance, or auto lending is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and work in-office 100% of the time
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, active listening, phone)
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve service level expectations
