Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist - German: Advise and Accelerate by developing a deep, technical understanding of the ActiveCampaign platform and customer use cases to help clients achieve their goals using screen sharing, chat, and email. Provide technical guidance, diagnose and resolve issues, advise on marketing and sales strategy, own issue resolution from initial contact to completion, collaborate with development teams, and identify growth opportunities. Multilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and German, strong analytical and communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle high volumes of emails, chats, and calls. Prior SaaS or technical support experience is a plus; flexibility to work night shifts and weekends; background check required.
