Customer Experience Specialist – Evening Shift (4pm eastern -midnight)

Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist to join the Customer Success team in Montreal. Become an expert on Vention’s platform and help customers navigate the ecosystem while supporting the entire sales cycle. Manage live-chat and phone interactions, process order changes and return authorizations, track shipments, and proactively resolve issues. Engage with customers via surveys and other touchpoints; participate in weekly case meetings to identify opportunities to improve service. Schedule is 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Eastern, Monday to Friday, with a remote (hybrid) work environment and on-call duties from 12:00 AM–3:00 AM. Requires clear communication in English and French, resilience under pressure, curiosity to lead troubleshooting investigations, and a commitment to positive customer outcomes.
