Customer Experience Specialist / Customer Service Representative / A Special Team

Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone while managing drop-offs, pick-ups, and inquiries regarding cleaning, stain, and finishing needs. Mark, tag, and sort garments, then run wet cleaning loads, fold, and organize customer items and household goods. Ensure cash drawer accuracy and maintain a clean, neat store appearance through general housekeeping. Perform other duties as assigned. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible scheduling. No dry cleaning experience required; customer service background is a plus.
