Job Summary
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring effective communication with clients, and maintaining high customer service standards. Key responsibilities include processing orders within an ERP system, facilitating alignment of product specifications with internal teams and customers, and continuously improving customer service processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using basic order processing systems (1-3 years)
- Familiarity with Google Docs or similar work-sharing tools
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
- Experience using CRM systems
