Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries from regulatory and government agencies, performing root-cause analysis, and providing recommendations. Role entails communicating with cardholders in writing, collaborating with other departments, accurately entering data into spreadsheets and databases, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional customer service to retain the client base. Requires strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, analytical problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Hybrid work schedule with three in-office days and two remote days each week; typically located in Williamsville or Buffalo, NY.
