Job Summary
Greet every guest promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm while managing customer traffic throughout the dealership. Present vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and ownership benefits in an engaging, pressure-free manner, then conduct personalized vehicle deliveries to ensure customers understand their new vehicle. Assist guests with FordPass, Bluetooth pairing, mobile device setup, and connectivity features while helping maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and online review scores. Follow up with customers after delivery to answer questions and ensure complete satisfaction, working closely with sales and service teams to create a seamless ownership experience. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional showroom environment as the first impression of Auto Park Ford.
