Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Alaan, you will be the first point of contact for customer interactions via various channels and build relationships with users. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, proactively following up on issues, and working cross-functionally to enhance the product and overall customer experience. You should possess a strong background with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Fintech or B2B SaaS, and exhibit excellent communication skills. Meticulous organization and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in similar roles at prominent start-ups
- Strong fluency in both Arabic and English
