Job Summary
Respond to new website, phone, and social media inquiries within minutes, qualifying opportunities and scheduling roofing inspections and estimates. Re-engage homeowners with aging leads, previous customers, and missed calls to convert marketing leads into scheduled appointments. Document all interactions in the company CRM while following proven call scripts and performance goals for response time and contact rates. Represent multiple Allied Roofing Partners brands with professionalism and enthusiasm to build rapport and confidently schedule appointments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, or call center environments
- Outstanding phone presence with strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working remotely while managing daily priorities independently
- Experience using CRM software and virtual phone systems
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must reside in the Central Time Zone or be willing to consistently work Central Time/PST Time Zone
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, home improvement, or other residential service industries
- Previous outbound calling or lead recovery experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- RingCentral experience
