Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service at a car wash, educate customers on options, sell memberships and wash packages to suit their needs, guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintain a clean and hospitable facility, perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting, learn all aspects of car wash operations, and assist with opening/closing procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot; ensure guest-ready presentation; and notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries. This role emphasizes customer-focused service, teamwork, safety, and adaptability in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations related to working with and/or around heavy machinery
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every customer
- Enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outstanding results and support team success
- Ready to take on new challenges daily with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment across various weather conditions and fast-paced settings
- Available to work early evenings, weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs
