Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service at WhiteWater Express car wash. Educate and assist customers in selecting car wash options, sell membership plans and wash packages, and guide vehicles into the wash tunnel. Maintain facility cleanliness across the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot. Learn and execute opening and closing procedures, perform wash quality checks, and troubleshoot basic equipment. Role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, hospitality, and a solution-oriented approach in an outdoor, fast-paced environment with availability for early evenings and weekends.
