Job Summary
Customer Experience Sales Specialist responsible for providing exceptional guest service through active listening and problem-solving. Role includes mastering call flow and sales processes, interacting with customers via various channels, maintaining customer accounts, and utilizing call center programs. Candidates must be bi-lingual, preferably in Spanish, have a high school diploma, and exhibit a strong passion for guest service and sales. Weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bi-lingual (preferably Spanish) is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be available on weekends

- The ability to be a part of a team to help support and motivate as needed
- Strong accountability combined with strong work ethic and enthusiasm
- Able to answer a high volume of inbound phone calls
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years in Customer Service/Sales experience
- Some experience with the product or service to which the specialist will be assigned
