Job Summary
Customer Experience Representative (CX) for Dr. Killigan's, remote part-time role (~10 hours/week) handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat; serves as a liaison for product and service information, maintains customer records in Shopify, and resolves issues with empathy and accuracy. Uses platforms including Gorgias, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Junip, Deposco/Launch, Recharge.Launch, Skio, Monday.com, Slack, Gmail, Meta Desktop Suite, SocialSnowball, Klayvio, 1Text, and more. Requires 2+ years of remote customer service experience, strong communication, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel occasionally for company events; knowledge of pest-related products is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with a well-known brand or in an e-commerce setting
- Proven experience working remotely
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of entomology or pest-related products is a plus
- Proficient in Mac systems, Gorgias, Monday.com, and Google Workspace
