Customer Experience Representative – Ukrainian/English Bilingual

Handle inbound customer calls regarding water and sewer service, processing new applications, terminating service, and managing account updates. Respond to inquiries about billing, cut-offs, and payment options while resolving complaints related to elevated bills and scheduling meter inspections. Verify applicant identities using the Online Utility Exchange Service and document all interactions in the business computer system. Monitor call volumes, track performance metrics, and report trends to supervisors to facilitate system improvements. This role serves as a liaison between customers, Field Services, and internal departments, ensuring accurate data maintenance and compliance with privacy policies.
