Job Summary
Customer Experience Representative responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Duties include directing calls to appropriate parties, troubleshooting when warranted, handling complaints with timely solutions, following up to ensure resolution, processing forms and requests, and passing along sales leads to the Sales Manager. Requires safeguarding data confidentiality, practicing safe work/risk management, and contributing to a positive, customer-focused experience. Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office is expected, along with strong communication and presentation skills. The role involves stocking/cleaning duties as part of the responsibilities where applicable and compliance with pre-employment background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Active listening
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems and practices
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
