Job Summary

Customer Experience Representative responsible for overseeing customer orders (order entry, status, release, shipment tracking, and document management), updating customers and internal stakeholders, handling inquiries, returns, and claims, and driving continuous improvement through root-cause analysis. Collaborates with account managers, logistics, planning, and other internal teams; develops and presents KPI reports and scorecards; supports optimization initiatives; requires SAP SD, Excel/PowerPoint, and CRM system experience; strong English skills; Barcelona-based in a role with a flexible, growth-minded culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or order management
  • SAP SD, Office (Excel and Power Point) experience is required
  • Knowledge of other CRM systems will be highly valued
  • Experience in export documentation, incoterms highly valued
  • Good communication skills and excellent capabilities to resolve issues
  • Capable of networking within our large organization spread out through different sites worldwide
  • Capability to analyze customer data and KPI’s
  • Initiative to identify process improvements
  • High level of English is required, other European languages highly valued
