Customer Experience Representative

Create a welcoming experience for every customer by providing product recommendations, cannabis education, and operating the POS to handle payments and issue receipts. Restock shelves and support basic inventory tasks while ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and valid cannabis selling certification. You must be eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check, able to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 lbs.
