Job Summary
Customer Experience Representative at Smoky Mountain Motor Company, supporting Harley-Davidson dealerships and retail locations. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping create an exceptional experience while working with sales to turn interest into appointments, showroom visits, and ownership. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, text, email, chat, and website leads; scheduling showroom appointments, demo rides, events, and Riding Academy classes; following up with prospective customers throughout the buying journey; re-engaging inactive customers; maintaining accurate CRM records; and collaborating with the sales team on shared opportunities. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, relationship-building, organization, reliability, multi-tasking, outbound outreach, CRM proficiency, and a can-do team-oriented attitude.
