Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound phone interactions to support restaurant partners and their customers; process phone orders; accurately document interactions in Slice systems; maintain fast, reliable, and high-quality customer experience while supporting partner operations; meet performance expectations for quality, productivity, and low error rate; collaborate with team leads and senior members; responsibilities include documenting interactions with notes, tagging, and outcomes, escalating when needed; 8-hour shifts between 4 pm and 7 am; on-site full-time role with training and career-growth opportunities.
