Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally while providing superior service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products. Handle incoming and outgoing calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, then assist with assessing rental conditions upon return. Notify management of any customer or vehicle problems and offer local area information as needed. Complete all necessary documentation to facilitate efficient rental and return transactions. This role is onsite at the SLC Airport with multiple schedule options ranging from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have worked six (6) months or more at most recent employer
- Must be able to work posted schedule
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
