Job Summary
Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner while providing superior, efficient service by understanding rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products. Use approved sales techniques to determine needs and offer upgrades, fuel options, and equipment. Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, then place outgoing calls for callback management. Assist in assessing rental conditions upon return and notify management of customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. Schedule includes Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm and Sunday-Thursday 12pm-8pm. Starting pay is $17/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
