Job Summary

Provide front line customer service using a CRM system to triage inquiries received by telephone, email, and in person at the counter. Process information and service requests, including financial transactions, while meeting established service performance measures. Deliver services on behalf of internal departments, document customer interactions to identify trends and gaps, and contribute to Knowledge Base Articles for ongoing service improvements. Role may require evenings or weekends in an Emergency Operations context; hybrid work model with primary office at City Hall, Burlington. Knowledge of PCI compliance, strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • A two (2) year College Diploma or Post-Secondary training in Public Relations, Communications, Administration, Business or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Three (3) years of customer service experience preferably in a contact centre role.
