Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally while providing superior, efficient service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products. Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, and place outgoing calls for callback management. Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return and notify management of known customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. Offer directions, maps, and local area information to enhance the rental and return experience. Schedule includes Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30pm to 12:30am; Monday and Sunday are off. Starting pay is $19/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
