Customer Experience Representative - Sales

Create a warm, welcoming store environment and add joy to customers' lives by engaging with shoppers on the sales floor, leveraging products to tell stories, curating curated product collections, and ensuring brand visual standards are maintained. Act on customer feedback, participate in a health-and-safety focused team, and contribute ideas to improve the employee and customer experience. Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings; be able to lift up to 40 pounds with proper technique. Bilingual French/English is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset. Experience in specialty retail or retail is preferred but not required. Must be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and participate in an environment guided by AI-assisted screening tools.
