Job Summary
Customer Experience Representative responsible for supporting daily store operations, inventory cycle counts, replenishing stock, processing returns, merchandising to create an appealing store, engaging customers on the floor, and curating product collections. Roles include maintaining health and safety standards, responding to customer feedback, and collaborating with Leadership Team to enhance the employee and customer experience. Strong emphasis on adaptability, willingness to learn across store functions, and bilingual communication (French/English where applicable). Requires ability to move and lift items up to 40 pounds and to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights if needed. Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required. Exposure to and understanding of AI screening practices in modern hiring processes is noted in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual French/English (required in Quebec)
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings if required
- Experience in specialty retail or retail environment is preferred but not required
