Job Summary
Customer Experience Representative for Value Buds Cannabis retail. You’ll be the face of the brand, providing exceptional service, helping customers navigate cannabis products, making product recommendations, educating customers, operating the POS and handling payments, restocking shelves, supporting basic inventory tasks, and ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations including ID verification. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential, with cannabis-certification requirements and province-specific age limits to qualify. The role emphasizes relationship-building, continuous learning, and contributing to a team-oriented store environment. Required Qualifications
- Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
- Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
