Customer Experience Representative

Customer Experience Representative responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers across channels. Serve as the first point of contact, resolve inquiries and complaints promptly, enter customer orders into the ERP system, provide accurate information on products and policies, collaborate with internal teams, document interactions, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Requires strong communication, active listening, problem solving, detail orientation, time management, and the ability to work in a fully in-person office environment with standard business hours. Education includes high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a science field preferred; 1-3 years experience in related roles suggested. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems expected. Expect office setting with occasional warehouse duties in a controlled environment.
