Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally, providing superior service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and optional protections. Answer incoming calls for reservations and rate quotes, while placing outgoing calls for callback management. Assist with assessing vehicle condition upon return and notify management of known customer or vehicle problems. Offer directions, maps, and local area information to enhance the rental experience. Maintain regular attendance and pursue on-the-job training opportunities. Located at La Crosse Airport with a rotating schedule including weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Must have worked 12 consecutive months or more at most recent employer
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
