Job Summary
Customer Experience Representative role focused on ensuring accurate orders and smooth patient care workflows. Responsibilities include processing inbound orders and verifying pricing, minimums, freight terms, approvals, and licenses; communicating backorders, alternatives, and additional charges; tracking, updating, and resolving daily tickets in HubSpot; supporting customer inquiries on orders, products, troubleshooting, and finance issues; and coordinating with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfillment. The role requires comfortable use of CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot and Microsoft Business Central), experience with medical devices/products, strong professional communication and phone etiquette, and familiarity with EDI order processing or international shipments.
