Job Summary
Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner while providing superior, efficient service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products. Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries; place outgoing calls for callback management. Assist with assessing rental conditions upon return and notify management of customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. Offer directions, maps, and local area information as needed. Work full-time hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, at the Manhattan, KS location. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record and at least two years of customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Must have a valid driver's license
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in past 5 years
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work listed schedule
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
