Job Summary
Customer Experience Representative focused on driving insights and actions for reseller partners and vendors within the Xvantage platform. Responsibilities include developing a full solution across a portfolio of customers/vendors, staying current on industry trends and offerings, creating sales collateral and training materials, conducting training sessions, supporting pre-sales activities (product demonstrations, technical consultations, proposal development), and providing personalized recommendations to address customer challenges and goals while fostering strong relationships with customers and key vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience and 2 years functional experience.
