Customer Experience Representative to support daily store operations, inventory cycle counts, replenishing stock, merchandising to create a visually appealing store, and engaging customers on the sales floor. Responsibilities include processing returns, shelving products, telling stories about products, curating product collections for customers, addressing customer feedback, and upholding health and safety standards. The role requires adaptability, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights and early mornings may be required. Bilingualism in French/English is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset.
