Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary
Support the daily operations of Indigo stores, including inventory cycle counts, replenishing stock, processing returns, shelving products, and creating visually appealing merchandising. Engage customers on the sales floor, curate product collections for customers, and convey brand stories to enhance the in-store experience. Maintain health and safety standards, respond to customer feedback promptly, and contribute ideas to improve employee and customer experiences. Role requires mobility on the sales floor, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds with proper technique, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings if required. Bilingual French/English is required for all positions in Québec; other languages are an asset. AI-based screening tools may be used in the recruitment process.
