Job Summary
Provide customer support for Homecare Homebase software via phone, email, and live chat; assist customers with questions, software navigation, and issue resolution; identify trending issues and document findings; coordinate with cross-functional teams to relay information, contributing to high-quality patient care experiences. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and empathetic service orientation; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; roles located in Dallas, TX or Louisville, KY. Does not include immigration sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of some college and significant work experience.
