Customer Experience Representative

Handle inbound calls to book appointments, answer questions, and deliver a consistent customer experience. Execute outbound campaigns using an automated dialer to reach current and prospective customers while selling the Sadie Preventative Maintenance Program and cross-selling additional services. Set up accounts, enter detailed notes, and maintain accurate system documentation for every interaction. Stay current on active promotions, pricing, and service offerings across all markets while representing Goettl's professional standards. This full-time role includes weekend days and evening hours with a starting rate of $20/hour plus incentives.
