Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally while providing superior service through rental terms communication and vehicle feature explanations. Use approved sales techniques to determine needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment. Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, then manage outgoing callbacks and miscellaneous calls as assigned. Assist in assessing rental conditions upon return and notify management of known customer or vehicle problems requiring maintenance. Offer additional assistance with directions, maps, and local area information. Schedule runs Friday through Monday with varying hours, including late-night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
- Must possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
