Job Summary
The Customer Experience Representative (CER) acts as a liaison between the cash office, customer service and returns to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in the best interest of BrandsMart USA and customers. Responsibilities include operating cash terminals and verifying purchase prices, processing payments, maintaining the cash office, detecting shoplifting and communicating potential problems to store management, handling returns per BrandsMart USA policies, handling customer inquiries quickly and courteously, providing solutions with minimal supervision, and in certain locations receiving and documenting customer repairs with transfer forms for tracking merchandise to the Service Center. Additional duties include assisting customers with delivery-related inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer service across departments.
