Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary
Process customer orders by taking orders, printing documents, allocating inventory, and arranging freight while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle general office duties including filing, copying, faxing, and word processing. Answer telephone inquiries, follow up as needed, and resolve customer problems through documentation and corrective action. Maintain Certificate of Analysis files and update customer information in Chempax. Process sample requests and direct shipments with suppliers and carriers. This role supports Azelis Americas, a global innovation service provider in the specialty chemical and food ingredients industry, where teams develop formulations and provide technical guidance to customers worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college graduate (preferred)
- Must be able to multi task
- Ability to organize work as required to meet customer demands or corporate demands
- Ability to prioritize work, determining what is critical and needs to be completed
- Good computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
